" The hard part is putting in words how, the staff are incredible, Dr. Jimenez is wonderful. His treatment is way beyond anything that I could have ever expected. When I first came in I could barely move, strong pain constantly. " For years I had suffered with back pain, tried everything chiropractors, acupuncture, nothing worked but it was fragmented. When I met with Dr. Wiederholz, I was in terrible shape. I had great difficulty getting around, being mobile, and living my life. A lot of doctors insisted that it was my back and arthritis in the hip. When I first came here I was very fatigued, low energy, lack of appetite and a lot of neck and back pain. My urologist indicated that I was only in the lower portion of the normal range for testosterone levels but yet I had strong symptoms for low testosterone levels. Dr. J had me test my blood levels again, after reading the results he decided to implement a strategy of testerone supplements and vitamin d. Since then, I have had a remarkable return, now I do not feel tired, my appetite returned, no more lethargy. The integrated strategies of pt, chiro and dr. j's acupuncture have made a dramatic return on myr health. The multi-disciplinary approach has put him on the right track. I am a current tennis player for a club team (Ben Monroe). Prior to me coming here, I had a lot of pain in my right knee and weakness in my leg. Coming here has strengthened these areas. Dr. Giardina has showed me exercises and stretches that I can do at home. I am more flexible and stronger. I have balanced strength; I use to have a dominant side. But now through Dr. Giardina and Frank Colabella APT, I now have balance in my strength. In terms of hitting going for the back hand, I now shake less. I was not as strong. I used to have drills and other common ways to get stronger but now Performance Spine and Sports Medicine's customized approach and new exercises regiment has increased my speed, strength and agility. I really like coming here, the people here are awesome. The people are nice and honest. It makes me want to train harder because I know that they are doing their job and it makes me want to reciprocate. I almost had to find an excuse to come back.

I had no experience with PT or orthopedics but I was experiencing osteo arthritis in my knee and arthritis in my right thumb. That's what brought me here. I feel 100% better. I am pain free without the use of drugs or surgery. The experience has been great. The staff is very friendly, outgoing and always makes me feel comfortable.
